well after a lot of looking and soldering using hairdryers, pencil erasers, paint brushes, and tape its still malfunctioning.
I guess constantly monitoring ebay is the solution.

Looks to me like the screen is actually cracked. No way to repair that, I am afraid

Can't we buy to Siemens this screen??? Or to repair in Siemens technnical support.??

Proved using a heat gun?

This link say solve the same problem on a phone screen. But there are comments that say solve the problem on screens of 1024 x 768.
