It is possible to change the bush in situ, a couple of people have done it. It's not easy though, although I think if you had a couple of narrow lengths of 1/4" steel and a long (very strong) nut+bolt, you could rig up a suitable press to make the job quite easy
I did mine off the car and spent about 1.5 hours trying to press the bush in without the above...

The mount's a dealer part.
From memory, the 'correct' way of doing it is to remove the o/s driveshaft (drain gear oil, remove hub nut, free up the hub carrier (from drop link, track rod end and wishbone), pull the hub carrier off the driveshaft, free the driveshaft retaining clips (11mm nuts on the inside of the engine mount, watch out for the heat shield) then yank the driveshaft out of the gearbox). Then support the engine and it's something like 4x 16mm bolts holding the mount to the engine and one 18mm bolt through the bush holding the mount to the subframe.
