Two problems, one the steering started shaking at speed half way up to birmingham and two when I been braking and cornering hard I been getting clicks and clunks from the front suspension.
So I looked at the car today, the subframe was LOOSE! and was missing a bolt. So went down to the hardware shop, one new bolt and took the rest out, threadlocked and fitted again. Not a problem but the last one to remove my subframe was my mechanic while I had a new steering rack.
Then I thought I'd look at the brakes, I stripped down my brakes a few days ago and noticed the top silder bolt was loose, didnt think much of it and just thought maybe the mechanic who did my steering rack haden't tightened them up fully. Again I looked at the brakes and the slider bolt, well I pulled it out wiht my fingers. Confused I looked at the thread in the hub to find it has all been stripped out

Anywho I didn't panic, put the car back together and had a think. Got someone to give me a lift to the scrappy and got a second hand hub with a fecked wheel bearing. Going to get a sexy new wheel bearing from motorfactors tommorow and see if I can get a garage to press it in for me. Then i got the fun task of changing me hub

I've had enough.
