Ive had a search but can't find out anything...
Was wondering to fit cruise control to my 02 d9 would it be a case of replace com200 and program a few of the ecu's???

The cruise stalk plugs in like the radio stalk. As far as I know all COM2000 have a hole for the cruise control stalk. You may need PP2000 in order to enable it. Stalks seem cheap enough, so I'd plug one in and see what happens

You will need the stalk, but also check you have the clutch pedal switch and second brake pedal switch, (or at least the wiring for them). Early D9's need cruise enabling in the engine ecu, yours may do too, but it certainly needs to be 'on' in the BSI.

As Richard says, no harm trying to see if it will go.....

COM2000-equipped D9s don't require any of the vacuum-powered actuators etc for cruise control - pretty certain mine is drive-by-wire.

Depends on the engine. Older ones with the throttle cable physically attached to the throttle butterfly need the vacuum pump+actuator, but newer engines where the throttle cable just goes to the throttle pot (the butterfly being electronically controlled) do cruise through software
