I've been squinting at the diagrams again, I can't actually see what goes where inside the switch no matter how big I (oh dear

[thinking allowed] The BSI switches the earths to park the wipers via 2 relays. They should normally be parked and switched from the earth that's provided inside the BSI itself. If you can't hear the relays clicking then they're not going back to the rest position for some reason... The BSI is obviously turning the power off but. Nothing is directly wired between the switch and motor (apart from the washers), it's all just signalling between the switch and BSI.[/finking a lowd]
Why I'm looking inside the switch is I'm wondering if it could be the problem.
Dammit, I can't figure out the wiring for either switch when they're parked. Try another switch - should we have a vote?
