sorry to waffle on
Up date have just plugged in passenger airbag switch and that has cured the passenger/side light problem but still cant get the main light out ...nd i really dont know which way to go ???????
Hi,
Have you checked all the wiring/connectors under the seat
Also give the plug that goes into the seatbelt pretenioner/orange cable if irember correctly..
Give that awiggle-normaly they can become slack and gain a bad connection-common fault.
+1 with Lozz. The pre-tensioner connection is behind the other connections under the front seat, hard to spot and not obvious straightaway. Give this one a go too..
2003 2.2hdi estate - mine 1998 Volvo 940 auto estate - also mine 2019 Citroen C3 something - the wife's PP2000 user, can help with faults / diagnostics in the Bournemouth area.
yoh ive pulled prodded and tugged everything ....im getting to the stage now when im gonner start pulling them with the ignition on just to see what happens ive unplugged both tentioners and replugged .im thinking i may need to hard wire evrything under the seat ...but waht i really need is to read the faults to give me a heads up ...yeomans want a morgage payment before theyll even look ...
thanks for the feed back though ...
Don't be pulling anything out with the ignition on-you might end up getting
Flashbanged by an air-bag and them things burn you when they go off trust me
On that one ..
Unplug the connectors that go into the pre-tensioners and have look at the pins/contacts.
