You're welcome gents.

Forgot to mention, spilling lots of water around the bottom of the rad is a very effective way of spotting your leaky intercooler, as you can clearly see the air bubbles in the water caught around the base. :(

That looked a horrid job to me, and that locking-off malarchy :frown:

Glad you got it sorted, must be satisfying doing 'big jobs' on your driveway :supafrisk:

Funny really when you do something major like this there's always a niggle in your mind that makes you expect it to fail very soon after but if someone else did the work you don't give it a moments thought :?

Well done, great job, but you forgot the instruction about where the crank timing pin hole is..... 8) :twisted:
