Forgot to mention, spilling lots of water around the bottom of the rad is a very effective way of spotting your leaky intercooler, as you can clearly see the air bubbles in the water caught around the base.

Glad you got it sorted, must be satisfying doing 'big jobs' on your driveway
Funny really when you do something major like this there's always a niggle in your mind that makes you expect it to fail very soon after but if someone else did the work you don't give it a moments thought
