My 406s have been round Europe and I think they definitely enjoy the long cruises more than the local runs. They really do fill you with confidence, even when you're 100k past a cambelt change 8)

Hoffman was spot on with that portrayal. So good it was painfull.
52 HDI(90) 406 saloon. Sadly no longer owned, bless her she got near 200,000 miles and I had to sell her on, she was still going strong.
