The wiring may or may not be there (have a look). Obviously you'll need the switches for the driver's door as well as the rears. YOu could always cut holes in the rear doors for the winders...
I'd actually be surprised if the body harness didn't already have the wiring for this, and IF it does it could be a dead easy job if you're willing and able to just swap the doors for ones with the mechanism and wiring already in place. As Steve says, you'd have to get the drivers door switches installed, which may be more difficult as I'm less confident of the wiring being in place in the door.
So yeah, could just be a case of swapping 3 doors, or 2 doors and getting a new switch panel... but it could be an arse of a job if the body wiring's not in place

electric windows are controlled by the BSI ECU, so you would probably need to find someone near you with Peugeot Planet to activate the rear windows once you have fitted all the electronics

D8s have no BSI

Remember those strap-on motor things that grabbed the manual window spline and turned it
Anyhoo, in the 3 years I had my car I could count on one hand how many times I operated the rears, so little in fact that they were pretty slow to move.
Cars in my care:
2021 Kia Spottage 1.6 Pez Turbo Dual Clutch Gearbox Trickery
2013 Renner Twingo - donkey work
I'll just add my two penn'orth Col, the wiring is NOT there. Been there, done that.
The job is definitely do-able but you'll have to make up your own looms.
