406 hdi 53plate cooling fan

Cooling fan.... my fan is on its way out... as in bearings are going... so taken it off and been to loads of breakers, and can not find one with the same type of plug... all the ones i can are a twin spade connector type that plugs on the back on the motor... mine... has a rectangle plug with the top left corner missing containing 5 pins with 4 wires running of it,....... ive try ed every where ,,, and at 200.00 quid for a gen one... i,m not that keen!!
I know its a twin speed speed /single fan... but just cant seem to get one.. can any one help???

I bought one for my 1999 (single fan) and it was £129.00 from Europarts (it came in a Peugeot/Citroen box). Yours might be an updated one because of the multiplex wiring?

A *lot* of searching the national breakers/ebay might bag you one but most front-end write offs will have destroyed the fan :|

Looks like you need one from a car built from 2001 onwards (multihex)
